Local History Hub Upper Wharfedale

  • The Upper Wharfedale Local History Hub brings together schools, heritage organisations and community partners to support high-quality, place-based history across Upper Wharfedale and the surrounding Dales communities. The hub helps learners explore the people, places and stories that have shaped this distinctive rural area, strengthening connection, continuity and a shared sense of place.

Through curriculum support, partnership working and local storytelling, the hub makes it easier for schools and communities to work together and ensure that local history is meaningful, accessible and valued across generations.
